Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) in Yardley, PA seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with IDD in their homes and communities, helping build independence, routines, and meaningful community connections. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting services, and following individual plans.

Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with both part-time and full-time opportunities and competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.

DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.
