Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities.

You will help with daily routines, promote independence, and support participation in community activities while following individualized plans to ensure safety and dignity.

This role offers flexible hours, including part-time and full-time options, and training to grow in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• PA background clearances required.

• Comfortable working independently while part of a team

• Experience is a plus—but not required (we provide training)
