Job summary

Mains'l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in their homes and communities, helping them live their best lives. As a DSP, you’ll gain hands-on experience, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

We offer competitive pay ($17.00–$21.50 per hour), full-time and part-time schedules, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) and time off. You’ll document care and work with families to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• 18 years or older.
• A valid US driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs (ADLs, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, meals).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same - but your impact is clear.
