Job summary

Mains'l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals in their homes and communities, helping them live their best lives. As a DSP, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

• $17.00/hour - $21.50/hour based on level of support
• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
