Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC is seeking a direct care staff member in Laguna Woods, CA. This entry-level role requires no prior experience or caregiver certificate; training is provided. The position is part-time, 16 hours per week, with weekend shifts.

You will support clients with independent living skills, document progress, and participate in a team that values dignity and respect. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, safe and operational vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes

Part-Time/16 hours per week: Driver’s License Required

Saturday 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Sunday 10:00AM - 6:00PM
