Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC in Mission Viejo, CA is hiring a Direct Care Staff Member (Entry-Level). No experience or caregiver certificate is required; training is provided.

This full-time role offers 32–40 hours per week with a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and a valid driver's license is required. You will assist clients with independent living skills, support them with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs, and document progress through case notes.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check per state industry standards.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and safe vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
