Job summary

Ability Matters, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Columbus, OH to help individuals with autism and other neurological disabilities gain independence and confidence through community-based activities.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, 2nd shift, and weekend availability. You will engage in real-world experiences, provide personalized support, and advocate for inclusion in various community settings.
