Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate in-home care to individuals with ID/DD in Delaware communities. A minimum of one year of verifiable experience with ID/DD is required. You will work in various local settings and locations include New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties.

Hourly pay is $17.50–$18, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling. We offer a supportive team, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD


• Ability to work independently in the community

Locations : Wilmington Manor, Bayview Manor, Collins Park, Minquadale, and surrounding areas.

Pay : $17.50-$18/hr (dependent on experience)
