BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized care and support to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their homes and communities. You’ll help individuals build life skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals while building lasting relationships.

Locations include Georgetown, Seaford, Bridgeville, Milton, Frankford, Dewey Beach and surrounding areas; compensation ranges $17.50–$18/hour

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of verifiable experience supporting individuals with ID/DD.
• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD.
• Ability to work independently in the community.
