Abilities Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Harford County, Maryland to assist individuals with neurodiversity in pursuing personalized goals through community resources. The role requires driving to activities, with a valid license and reliable vehicle.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, non-negotiable, plus mileage reimbursement and a $20 auto allowance per pay; the position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to daily use of personal vehicle.
• Must maintain a vehicle capable of safely performing duties.
• Must carry automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong ability to build relationships with resources in the community.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals in working toward personal independence by supporting the learning of new skills.
• Provide transportation to community activities, events, and job sites.
• Deliver customized services tailored to each individual's preferences and goals.
