Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and positive driving record.
• Access to daily use of personal vehicle to travel throughout Harford County.
• Must carry at least $50,000 automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong ability to build community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals toward personal independence by supporting the learning of new skills and building a system of natural supports.
• Driving is required; you’ll be transporting individuals with your own vehicle, insurance and valid driver's license.
• Deliver customized services tailored to each individual's preferences and personal goals.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to assist individuals in becoming independent on the job.
• Encourage the development of individual's interpersonal skills.
