Job summary

LADACIN Network in Neptune, NJ is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional – Driver to join our Residential Services team. This full-time 40-hour position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and involves transporting adults with developmental and physical disabilities to the day program using an agency vehicle.

You will provide daily living support, promote independence and community inclusion, maintain documentation, and contribute to a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive agency vehicle.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from day program using an agency vehicle.
• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide direct care and support based on each individual's needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and promote independence.
