Job summary

Scioto Trails in Piketon, Ohio, is hiring a Direct Support Professional for a full-time, Monday–Friday 1pm–9pm shift at our Day Program. 1 year of experience preferred; paid training is provided.

NEW PAY SCALE: $16.05/hour-$20.61/hour (Based on years of experience in the Developmental Disabilities field)

Job Description - Direct Support Professionals are responsible to provide direct services and supports to the individual with developmental/intellectual disabilities, including, but not limited to: assisting in maintaining a clean, safe living environment, bathing, personal hygiene, meal preparation and completion of various household tasks; and supervising, teaching, and assisting the individual in every aspect of their life, with the goals of fostering increased independence, choice and empowerment.
