Pride Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Day Program in Bismarck, ND. This full‑time, on‑site role runs 6:45 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage of $17.35–$32.20.

Join Pride’s Gracefully Aging & Life Skills Program to support individuals with disabilities in a positive, structured setting. You will help individuals grow independence, plan activities, supervise transportation, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of DSP experience preferred.
• Valid ND driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals as they grow in independence and daily living skills.
• Foster autonomy by helping individuals make choices and take charge of their lives.
• Build meaningful relationships through warm interaction and role modeling.
• Plan community activities and help coordinate transportation.
• Support goals through structured programming, observation, and teaching.
