HIT, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Day Program in Mandan, ND. The role involves hands-on support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals in our programs, helping them work toward personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities.
• Oversee lawn service and production cleaning crews, coordinating daily work activities and on-the-job training.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and a safe, positive work environment; promote vocational and employment skills.
• Lead and communicate effectively with team members to support individuals across days and activities.
