Job summary

Pride, Inc. in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Daytime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program. You will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them build skills, explore the community, and move toward greater independence.

On-site, full-time hours, you will teach daily living and employment-readiness skills, support recreation and transportation to activities, document progress, and ensure people are treated with dignity and respect.

Pride, Inc. is hiring a Daytime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program. In this role, you’ll work alongside people with developmental disabilities as they build skills, explore their community, prepare for employment, develop greater independence, and work toward goals that are important to them.

No two days have to look the same. You may spend your day teaching a new life skill, helping someone explore a potential job, participating in recreational activities, getting out into the community, or celebrating progress toward a personal goal.
