Job summary

Pride, Inc. is hiring a daytime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program. You will work with people with developmental disabilities to build skills, explore the community, and work toward personal goals in a supportive, on-site setting.

You’ll encourage independence, help plan activities, provide transportation when needed, and document progress to support individuals on their path to employment and greater independence.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, flexible and positive with a focus on helping people.
• Experience in human services is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a daytime, on-site program with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pride, Inc. is hiring a Daytime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program. In this role, you’ll work alongside people with developmental disabilities as they build skills, explore their community, prepare for employment, develop greater independence, and work toward goals that are important to them.

No two days have to look the same. You may spend your day teaching a new life skill, helping someone explore a potential job, participating in recreational activities, getting out into the community, or celebrating progress toward a personal goal.

A valid North Dakota driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.
