CBC HomeCare/Amivie is seeking compassionate AFL providers to support individuals with I/DD in their homes. Training is provided, and you will document daily activities as part of an individual service plan.

As self-employed contractors under Difficulty of Care rules, eligible providers will receive respite hours monthly/quarterly, with competitive pay and paid training available. 24/7 coverage may be required depending on the consumer's needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
