Job summary

CBC is hiring compassionate, hard-working, friendly and reliable AFL providers to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Training is provided if you lack experience. You’ll implement activities per an Individual Service Plan and document daily progress.

These roles require a responsible driver with reliable transportation, as providers may travel to clients' homes and support day-to-day activities in a home setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Assisting with daily living needs
• Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
