CBC in North Carolina is hiring compassionate AFL providers to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home settings. Entry level applicants are welcome and training is provided.

The role involves 24/7 support as needed, teaching skills to promote independence, assisting with daily living, and documenting activities daily. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and reliable individual.
• Willingness to learn about I/DD support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow Individual Service Plans.

Responsabilités
