24 Hour Home Care is urgently hiring Special Needs Caregivers to support children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home settings. You will follow individualized care plans, provide progress updates, and help with daily living activities while traveling to client locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess empathy and attentiveness to support individuals with I/DD in home settings.
• Two references, at least one confirming disability-related experience.
• TB test clear or willing to test; costs covered where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities per care plans.
• Record progress updates for the care team; maintain consistent communication.
• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks as required.
