Job summary

Sevita's ResCare Community Living program is seeking caregivers to provide direct support within residential settings, typically assisting 4–6 individuals per program. Duties include socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill development in daily living activities.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least 18 years old, and 6 months of human services experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans for socialization, health maintenance, and skills development.
• Assist with daily activities (personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration).
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers.
