• Collaborate with supervisors on monthly goals and plans.
• Document services and client progress daily and monthly.
• Provide in-home and community-based support.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
• Submit paperwork and monthly summaries on time.
• Adhere to agency and OPWDD regulations.
