Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts degree required.
Experience with the special needs community is preferred.
Reliable transportation required and a valid driver's license.
U.S. Citizen or work permit required.
Online DSP training course must be completed.
Must be able to show up to work on time.
Dress code is casual but professional.

Responsibilities

Foster a positive environment to help individuals reach personal goals.
Collaborate with Case Supervisors on monthly goals and plans of action.
Document services and client progress daily and monthly.
Provide home and community-based support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
Submit paperwork and monthly summaries on time.
Adhere to agency and OPWDD regulations.
