Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Foster a positive environment to help individuals achieve personal goals and daily living skills.
Collaborate with Case Supervisors on monthly goals and action plans.
Document services and client progress daily and monthly.
Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings once a year.
Submit all paperwork and monthly summaries on time.
Adhere to agency policies and OPWDD regulations.
