Job summary

The Arc of San Diego in Chula Vista is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with disabilities in a day center setting. You will help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30a-3p.

Pay: $20.00 to $20.65 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities, and a valid California driver's license.

About the Role:

Location: Chula Vista

Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:30a-3p

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities

We’d love it if you:

• Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)


• Are bilingual in English and Spanish


• Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role
