Job summary

Functional Industries Inc. in Buffalo, MN is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Career Coach to help individuals with disabilities build job skills, confidence, and independence through personalized coaching and plans.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass required background, OIG, and MVR checks.
• Able to perform physical movement and lift up to 50 lbs.
• No experience required – paid training provided.
