Job summary

AbleLight in Bellevue, WA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and pursue personal goals. You will build trust, provide companionship, and support daily living in home and community settings.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and a team that values compassion, growth, and meaningful, life-changing work. Pay is $21.57 per hour plus benefits.
