PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking aDirect Support Professional (DSP) to assist Individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, transportation, and community activities. You will document care and provide a supportive, engaging environment.

Requirements include a DOT physical, a valid Ohio driver's license, and a background verification. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• DOT physical must be passed.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to provide supervision and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
