Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services seeks responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the Greensburg area to provide compassionate, direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. DSPs assist with meals, transportation, and daily activities, aiming to promote independence and safety.

Certification is provided for medication administration, with ongoing training available. We offer competitive wages at $20.00 per hour for full-time shifts, plus a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily living, social, and recreational activities.
• Support independence and implement the individual support plan.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals.
• Assist with meals, transportation, and activities in home and community.
• Administer medications after certification and training provided.
• Maintain logs and reports related to individuals.
