Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Ross Township, PA is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. You will assist with daily living, meals, medication administration, and transportation to work or community activities to promote independence.

Responsibilities include implementing individual support plans, ensuring safety, documenting progress, and encouraging engagement in home and community

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and related needs.
Assist with daily living activities, meals, medication administration, and transportation.
Participate in development and implementation of the individual support plan.
Ensure safety and well-being of individuals.
Encourage participation in home and community activities.
