Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services seeks Direct Support Professionals to join our Ross Township, PA team. DSPs provide daily living support, assist with meals, transportation, and medication administration (training provided) to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license is required.
Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and support in daily living, social, and recreational activities.
Promote independence and assist with developing and implementing individual support plans.
Ensure safety and well-being; observe behaviors and document changes.
Administer medications after certification and required training.
Assist with cooking, housekeeping, and maintaining logs/records.
