Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes seeks responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pittsburgh to provide compassionate care in our Personal Care Home. DSPs assist with personal care, housekeeping, and activities of daily living, while supporting individuals to live independently.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and possess at least 6 months of experience in a personal care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a personal care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide a safe, clean living environment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Support with daily living tasks such as shopping and social activities.
• Observe changes in condition and report appropriately.
• Contribute to Treatment Plan development and maintain records.
