Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services seeks responsible, caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time roles in Oakdale, PA. DSPs assist with personal care, daily living activities, housekeeping, and community living supports within a Personal Care Home.

Qualified candidates are at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, HS diploma or equivalent, and 6 months’ direct care experience. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age, required.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 6 months’ experience working directly with individuals in a personal care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide a safe, clean living environment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist with shopping, personal possessions, phone use, and social/leisure activities.
• Observe changes in condition and report as appropriate.
• Contribute input to the development of the Treatment Plan.
• Maintain records following established documentation methods.
