Job summary

All About Caring Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 home-based support in structured environments. The role includes hands-on care, behavioral support, and medical monitoring as part of individualized service plans.

Clients require assistance with ADLs, daily routines, transportation, and community participation. Overnight shifts may be available; candidates must be reliable, responsive, and comfortable working evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide hands-on care and follow plans.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL assistance and follow structured service plans.
• Support daily routines, independence goals, and community participation.
• Monitor health and behavior; document SOAP notes and reports.
• Maintain safety and respond to incidents per protocols.
