Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours during the week.

What You'll Do

Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

$18–$19.00 per hour
