Residential Resources is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support two amazing women in their home in Winchester, NH. This isn’t a desk job; every day is different, with activities like baking, movie nights, and community outings.

You’ll help with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, personal care, and building independence. We value good people who are compassionate, patient and dependable, ready to jump in and help the life they choose.

Qualifications

• Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping and personal care to build independence.
• Assist in activities like baking, movie nights, community outings, crafts and other shared interests.
• Build relationships with the individuals and provide patient, dependable support.
• Support two women in their home in Winchester, NH.

Residential Resources is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support two amazing women in their home in Winchester, NH.

This isn't a desk job. Every day is different.

One day you might be baking together. Another might involve a movie night, a community outing, a casino trip, or tackling a new craft project. Along the way, you'll help with daily living skills like meal preparation, housekeeping, personal care, and building independence.

Open Positions

• Part-Time 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
• Weekend Hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Relief Staff (all shifts)

The pay rate for these positions is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
