Job summary

Residential Resources, Inc. is seeking Weekend Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Keene/Greater Keene area. Openings available for both experienced and new DSPs, with varied home rhythms and fit opportunities.

Weekend shifts are available: Saturday and/or Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. Pay range is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on residence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record.
• Must pass all required criminal and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and personal care.
• Assist with daily routines and medication (training provided).
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Whether you're an experienced DSP or new to the field, we welcome your passion and dedication. Each home has its own rhythm—some are calm and quiet, others more active—so we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
