Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide in Harrison, AR to provide quality care and support with daily living activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will document shift activities using an online platform and work closely with clients to promote independence.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid AR driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, meds) and household tasks.
• Help clients arrange appointments and transportation; accompany to errands.
• Monitor safety and environment; observe condition and equipment.
• Support clients to achieve agreed-upon goals and community integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
