Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at Easter Seals Wisconsin Camps provide caregiver assistance with daily activities and medication administration in person-supported homes. You’ll help individuals participate in community activities and support therapeutic plans with clinical staff, while bringing a compassionate, mission-driven approach.

We offer competitive pay starting at $15 per hour, a $1 shift premium on Saturdays and Sundays, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive health and life

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Assist individuals in community and home settings to support independence.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day. At the end of your workday, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
