Zusammenfassung

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work and engage in their communities.

Based in person-supported homes, DSPs assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. You will work as part of a clinical team to support therapeutic plans, encourage community involvement, and promote quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in the community and participate in community involvement.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day. At the end of your workday, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
