Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Sikeston, MO. This full-time DSP role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent, connected lives.

You will provide hands-on care, assist with personal care, meals, routines, and life skills to help people reach personal goals. Starting pay is $18.65 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED or relevant caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed.
