Job summary

Sevita’s Mentor Community Services in Washington, MO is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time schedules. You’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping with daily routines, personal care, meals, and medication reminders, to promote independence and meaningful lives.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $19.65 per hour, daily pay options, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match, plus paid

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED or relevant caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with personal care, meals, medication reminders, daily routines, and life skills to promote greater independence.
• Build meaningful relationships and help individuals reach personal goals.
• Support community involvement, recreational activities, and social connections.
