Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time role in Sullivan, MO. You will provide hands-on support, personal care, meal assistance, medication reminders, and help individuals build daily life skills.

You’ll foster independence, encourage community involvement, and promote a safe, respectful environment while working with people who have behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving history.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable and committed to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with individuals.
