Job summary

Modern Support Services in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our diverse team. This in-person role supports individuals with I/DD across community access, personal care, and daily activities.

You'll work with a supportive leadership team, enjoy flexible shifts (part-time or full-time), training, and opportunities to grow. Must be 21+, have a CA driver's license, pass a background check, and be passionate about helping others.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services is a plus.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• If you know American Sign Language, let us know; ASL knowledge offers special opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Serve as mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Assist with Community Access.
• Provide Personal Care support.
• Accompany to Medical Appointments and activities.
• Encourage Peer Interactions and Recreational activities.
