Modern Support Services in California is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our diverse team serving LA and Orange Counties. You will provide person-centered support, mentorship, and advocacy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible shifts (part-time and full-time), weekend availability, and opportunities for ASL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Support clients in areas such as: Community Access, Personal Care, Medical Appointments, Peer Interactions, Recreational Activities
