Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Raleigh, NC seeks compassionate caregivers to assist individuals with daily living activities, transport to activities, and support developmental goals. The role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will document progress, ensure safety, and promote community participation while helping clients build independence. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and strong English skills. Training is provided.

Qualifications

Requirements

• NCI/CPI Training

• TB screening
• Active driver's license
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in the English language required
• Technological proficiency including mobile devices for documentation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
