Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support in Quakertown, PA and surrounding communities. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Ideal candidates assist with ADLs, offer companionship, support community participation, and follow care plans. Training, career growth, and benefits eligibility are provided where available.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Behavioral Health Technician, or CNA preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
