Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support in Quakertown, PA and surrounding communities. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Training, benefits eligibility, and a supportive team are offered to help you grow in a caregiver career. Ideal candidates include those with DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA or related experience, and those new to healthcare with a strong work

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Document services and client progress accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans and behavioral support plans as needed.
