Job summary

WE SUPPORT YOU LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in multiple NJ counties. You will provide personalized care, help with daily living activities, and implement ISPs while documenting progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals with IDD.

• Implement ISPs and document progress accurately.
• Assist with community integration, transportation, and recreation.
• Administer medications per established protocols.
• Communicate with supervisors, families, and care team members.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
